Roy, I was on a city transformation team with Fred. I shared with him for many months the need to equip his members. He read my books but it was not until the Holy spirit revealed the issue at a heart level that led to this revelation and actions on his part. Management sets the tone in every organization...from the universe, to governments, to churches, to businesses, to families. Pastor, thank you for setting the tone that one calling is not above another. Good job!
