Exodus: 35:30-35 says; "Moses said to the Israelites, “See, the Lord has chosen Bezalel son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah, and has filled him with the Spirit of God, with skill, ability and knowledge in all kinds of crafts - to make artistic designs for work in gold, silver and bronze, to cut and set stones, to work in wood and to work in all kinds of artistic craftsmanship. And he has given both him and Oholiab son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan, the ability to teach… Continue

First, let’s examine the purpose of job interviews anyway. The main purpose is to validate a perfect fit between a candidate and a prospective employer.
It is also a way for each of the two parties involved to get to know each other better. With that in mind, how would you describe the ideal job interview for you? Let’s go back in history, to examine the first that ever happened in human history. Genesis 1:28 God blessed them and said to them, "Be fruitful and increase in number;… Continue

Many of us like to make plans when a new year is about to start. At New Year’s Eve, some talk about losing weight; others like to think about changing cars, or going back to school, or looking ahead for possiblities at work. Now that half a year is almost over, probably we have started working on our goals, or not. Some plans may come true, but for many, each year ending is a reminder of failures and dissapointment.

I have subscribed to TFIF since joining my company in March 2009. The daily devotions has helped me to steer in God's perspective for each day. And of cos, being very human, there are many "off" days that just don't make sense even after reading the devotionals.
For greater part of my life, I have always be wondering about life..about my existence and my DNA. After watching the Change Agent video earlier, it is getting clearer. And I know God is going to reveal more of His… Continue

I soaked in the word of the prophet this morning and now as I emerge through the door, a dance of butterflies flits about me.
I hear the heart of the Father as He speaks His calming Words. "Child, do not be dismayed. Don't be in a rush. As you slow down to listen, I will send you help. It will be an effortless walk - although not without the pain of growth."
The butterflies continue to float about me in a mesmerizing dance of joy. I am surrounded with… Continue

I would like to open up discussion on the topic of all things related to Marketplace Intercession and Spiritual Coaching.
My thoughts on intercession in the marketplace is that it is essential. Businesspeople need people with the gift to pray and hear God to help their businesses - especially in these challenging financial times.
Having someone that knows you and your businesses is important; having a sounding-board that you are indeed hearing the Lord…

It's Monday morning. We hurry to get ready and run out the door to
work. We are lucky if we squeezed in a few minutes of prayer and
reading our Bible before breakfast. Church--if we went--seems like a
world away as we hit the ground running. The weekend and time with our
family is over. Now, it's on to other things. Gotta get to work. Time
to face today's… Continue

I think everyone has an emotion(s) that seldom makes you mad and thus creating the center of your struggles. And these emotions they are common to all men and it only depends on how we handle them. How do you deal with emotions which drives you crazy and such things as anger, jealousy etc.

21But the Lord was with Joseph, and showed him mercy and loving-kindness and gave him favor in the sight of the warden of the prison.
22And the warden of the prison committed to Joseph's care all the prisoners who were in the prison; and whatsoever was done there, he was in charge of it.
23The prison warden paid no attention to anything that was in [Joseph's] charge, for the Lord was with him and made whatever he did to prosper.
How did God use Joseph… Continue

The notion that Christians in the market- or workplace are a huge, potent evangelical influence and witness doesn't seem to be a focal point for many churches. Why do you think is?

Why do you call Me, Lord, Lord, and do not [practice] what I tell you? 47For everyone who comes to Me and listens to My words [in order to heed their teaching] and does them, I will show you what he is like: 48He is like a man building a house, who dug and went down deep and laid a foundation upon the rock; and when a flood arose, the torrent broke against that house and could not shake or move it, because it had been securely built or [a]founded on a rock. 49But he who… Continue

I simply want to praise God that He has equipped and inspired Os to have written the devotionals that I use every week for a conference call of Christian women. We set aside 30 minutes to be refreshed in a devotional or two, then comment on how the Holy Spirit has prompted us, then we go to prayer. The experience is a blessing and a fortification for each one of us. I have been conducting this call for two years now, and we enjoy how the Lord speaks to us… Continue

Have you ever prayed for something but the answer you want is just out of your grasp? In fact does it appear as though everyone else has what you are praying for? That’s so not fair!
I am learning that often the hand of God may appear as a hindrance, but in reality He is keeping us from our own destruction.
Several years ago I had a vision of a couple that was very dear to me. I saw water flowing from a facet but God’s hand was blocking the flow so that the water would not touch them.… Continue
