Well I was trained to be a Nurse but when I was working with an International Medical services provider the nternational SOS an opportunity arose for me totake up studies in Management whcih I successfully completed in 2008. I had a vast experience in all sections of an organisation and now I am employed as HR Coordinator. I have been working as a Health Servcies Administrator and as time went by I saw the potential in me which my employer maybe saw it but wanted to give me more time so I can drop some of my bad habbits etc etc. Anyway I was so frustrated that I resigned and joined my current employer. I am wrokinga s a HR Coordinator now and recently I was not happy with some areas of manaegment that I decided to go for an interview with an employer. But during that process one afternoon I switched my radio of a gospel station and the preacher was talking about if being put in a place. There was a purpose why we were employed by certain emploers etc etc or why we are where we are now. That really challenged me as I could see why now I was called to my current position. My employer now does not ahev job descriptions or training plans or programs for employers or policies and proceedures in place. I have started already and If I leave and go who will continue and make teh change. I then had a strong convinction in me that I was put here for a purpose. That is How I see that my work was a calling?
