Hello Os, What does the Scriptures tell about divorce and remarriage? There is a teaching going around in some christians circles which say that remarried christians are in a state of permanent adultery unless they are a widow or widower. What is…Continue

I just want to thank you for all you have done in Jesus' name.  Your daily devotionals have made such a significant impact to my life and your words have helped me to grow closer to God.  I have also become more open in the workplace about my faith…Continue

Hi Os,

As a women entrepreneur, how would you coach me regarding profit vs. non-profit and determining what to charge for services.

Thank you,

Hopelyn

Wanda, we are a separate ministry with a board of directors.

Hi Os - Is Marketplace Leaders Ministries directly connected to a church or is it a separate Christian ministry organization where you as its leader are connected to a church?  I am prayerfully researching structure.  I want to make sure that I am in biblical order.  Thank you.

Yes, join as many groups as possible to start engaging.

Dear Os - Marketplace Leaders is such a blessing!  The articles - everything!  Where do marketplace connectors belong?  I want to connect business owners and workers to the knowledge and resources that will help them do business God's way - connect the spiritual to the natural and work collaboratively with the local churches to transform their communities.  When the Lord says Go, I will start an organization.  I have the mission, vision already.  However, that does not make me an entrepreneur -- Would Christian Entrepreneurs be a good group to join?  Any suggestions?  Thank you.

Thank you Os!

Os, when I discovered TGIF and Market Place Leaders I didn't understand what I was going through much that there would be a name for it, i.e the Joseph Experience. One thing that I did know was, when the time came to come out of it, I would get the revelation of what the period was, and so it was. I found you and your ministry. You were on point with my Joseph Experience.

That was a couple months ago, then straight after that I had yet another perplexing experience and what made it even more daunting it was just after my JE, i though what could I have done now, why were thing so difficult, there came the nothingness. This morning I was shocked when I got another devotional and it was again on point. The nothingness experience, for two months I was plucking my hairs out, i did things and cried out, what is it now Lord. It was completely dry. Again I knew when it came to an end I would get a revelation of what it is, and you were right on queue. I got the nothingness email this morning and by about 3pm today, I got a call from a company that I had submitted a job application to, I had an interview and hadn't heard a word from them even after i sent a follow-up email. I was even told that the position was already filled. You can imagine my surprise when I got an call asking me to come and meet with them on Monday. The only person who thought that this was possible was my son (a strong believer, who read his bible every day, he's 11). I had given up for the most part but held a little narrow door in my heart for the job opportunity.

I now have wait until Monday.

Thank OS....you have been a blessing to me, more than you can ever realize.

When someone refuses to pay us I believe there are a few courses of actions to take. If they are unbelievers, I believe we still follow the guidelines of confronting them directly, then taking another. However, since they are not believers I believe that is the reason we have courts. To enforce the law if someone is taking advantage of you. If they are believers, then you follow Mt 18 - confront individually, then with two, then with the church leadership. If that does not work, I would try for an arbitration. If that does not work, then you are faced with whether to let it go for the sake of peace mind. Many times legal battles are not worth the toil on you emotionally. Always see if there is anything you did to contribute to the issue first and take responsibility.

thanks for your advice Keith.  I will pray over these scriptures.  unfortunately in my case it has been tens of thousands of dollars each, I wish it was just a few thousand.  I have given it up to God and forgiven these people a while back, which help me, but have no answers forthcoming from HS.  this amount of money also contributes to my debt that I can't pay.  I am new to this whole lifestyle and am still learning, and I see my progress but it's a slow journey.  it's just hard sometimes to trust w/o any doubt.  thanks again for your advice.  I'll keep you posted if I get any answers.
